New bluegrass venue in Kent

A new bluegrass venue will be hosting regular gigs near Canterbury from this month.

KentFolk Bluegrass aims to put on gigs on the third Friday of each month, starting with The Biggin Hillbillies on February 19th. A Band Like Alice are set to perform in April, and more acts are being lined up for later in the year.

The venue is The Boathouse at The Grove Ferry Inn, Upstreet near Canterbury. Details of upcoming gigs, directions to the venue and ticket information can be found at the KentFolk Bluegrass website.
