Hi Frank/Aussie. Great - please come along. You and your friend will be welcome to come and just listen, but we'd much prefer it if you would bring your instruments and come to play, sing and blow your harp. The venue is the Bush Inn, Bull Ring, St Johns, Worcester, WR2 5AD. Come off the M5 at junction 7, come through Worcester city heading west for Hereford, over the river bridge, past the cricket ground (watch out for the sneakily-hidden speed cameras), over the roundabout and turn immediately sharp right for the Bush Inn.
How was Didmarton? I didn't make it this year due to family wedding duties. I'm hoping to go to the Cornwall Festival this coming weekend, if I get my Dodge pickup MOT'd in time.
See you on the 29th.
Cheers Frank

Frank,

thanks for the info, we shall try and get there and I'll bring some instument along. I may even feel brave enough to join in maybe :D

Didmarton was fun. Never been before and just went on the Saturday. Really enjoyed it, specially the headline bands in the evening and I've never been to any other festival that was as friendly as that. Am marking the diary for the whole weekend next year. Boss permitting. I guess I'll have to tell her at some point.

Hopefully, see you Tuesday week.

Aussie

Hi. This one isn't running at the moment, but we have a couple of good sessions running which have a strong country & bluegrass content along with other music types. These are at the Sports Club Pershore WR10 1HU, on 2nd Sunday of each month, and at the Star Inn at Pershore WR10 1AJ on the 4th Monday each month. The latter is on tonight, 24 October. More details at the website www.rushwickfolk.com
Hope to see you! Best regards Frank
