Didmarton and Cornwall festivals.

Talk about all things bluegrass

Didmarton and Cornwall festivals.

Are there any other people, I wonder, who for one reason or another, have had to miss the Didmarton festival and the forthcoming Cornish this year? Oh the frustration at being unable to savour the atmosphere of live bluegrass music. The awsome sounds of the New Essex B.B. for instance. Much looked forward to the Kent Carters, and particularly sad to miss Debbie McClatchy, who I saw a few years ago at Stroud. She was a delight.
When one thinks of other forms of music, such as Glastonbury, which I believe is allocated several hours on TV, we are hard done by. Maybe there will be some samples on U Tube.
The weather is sunny and very warm. We want rain.

Regarding Corwall BGF I'm going to attend so I'll try to get photos anyway and if possible some video.

Does anyone have a running-order or plan? as I'm just going over and paying on the door so haven't got the booklet yet.

Does anyone want to meet up for a session which will be friendly for the unaccomplished?
